Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Maison de Porcelaine are final.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, and our commitment to the integrity of every product we curate, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched. This policy safeguards both our customers and the authenticity of our curation.

The only exceptions are outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisondeporcelaine.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the issue
  • A brief description of the defect

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal — EU & UK Customers Only

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, customers within the European Union and United Kingdom may exercise their statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The product must be returned unopened, with all seals and original packaging fully intact
  • The withdrawal request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

This right does not apply to opened, used, or partially used products, nor to any item where the seal has been broken. To initiate a withdrawal, please contact info@maisondeporcelaine.com within the 14-day period.
