Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Maison de Porcelaine, every order is handled with the discretion and care of the Maison itself.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders of €60 / CHF 60 / £60 or more, across all destinations.

For orders below this threshold, standard shipping fees apply:

  • France — €3.90 · Delivery in 1–3 business days
  • Switzerland — CHF 6.90 · Delivery in 2–5 business days
  • United Kingdom — £11.90 · Delivery in 3–5 business days
  • Other EU Countries — €6.90 · Delivery in 2–4 business days

Complimentary Masks

A small gesture from the Maison, included with every order:

  • Orders below 60 (€ / CHF / £) — 1 complimentary sheet mask
  • Orders of 60 or more — 2 complimentary sheet masks

Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Maison de Porcelaine are final.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, and our commitment to the integrity of every product we curate, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched. This policy safeguards both our customers and the authenticity of our curation.

The only exceptions are outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisondeporcelaine.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the issue
  • A brief description of the defect

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal — EU & UK Customers Only

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, customers within the European Union and United Kingdom may exercise their statutory right to withdraw from the purchase of unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The product must be returned unopened, with all seals and original packaging fully intact
  • The withdrawal request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

This right does not apply to opened, used, or partially used products, nor to any item where the seal has been broken. To initiate a withdrawal, please contact info@maisondeporcelaine.com within the 14-day period.

Taxes & Duties

  • European Union (shipped from within the EU): VAT is included in displayed prices. No additional customs fees apply at delivery.
  • Switzerland:
    • Orders below approximately CHF 62: No import VAT applies (under Swiss de minimis rule).
    • Orders of CHF 62 or more: Swiss import VAT (8.1%) and a customs handling fee are applied at delivery by the carrier.
  • United Kingdom:
    • Orders £135 or less: UK VAT (20%) is included in displayed prices. No additional customs fees at delivery.
    • Orders over £135: UK VAT (20%) and a customs handling fee are applied at delivery by the carrier.

We partner with Hive, our trusted European fulfillment specialist, and Hive's network of established regional carriers in each country — including Swiss Post (Switzerland), Royal Mail (United Kingdom), Colissimo (France), and other reliable local couriers across the EU — to ensure every order arrives safely, swiftly, and with full tracking.
