Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders at or above the following thresholds:

  • Switzerland: CHF 40 and above
  • France: €45 and above
  • EU Zone 1: €65 and above
  • EU Zone 2: €85 and above
  • EU Zone 3: €115 and above
  • United Kingdom: £80 and above

Standard Shipping

For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping fees apply:

  • Switzerland: CHF 3.90 · Delivery in 1 to 2 business days
  • France: €3.30 home delivery, or €2.50 to a Mondial Relay pickup point · Delivery in 1 to 3 business days
  • EU Zone 1: €11.40 home delivery, or €7.35 to a pickup point · Delivery in 2 to 4 business days
  • EU Zone 2: €16.75 · Delivery in 3 to 6 business days
  • EU Zone 3: €24.90 · Delivery in 4 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom: £18.00 · Delivery in 5 to 8 business days

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are counted from dispatch and do not include customs clearance.

Customs, Import Duties & VAT

  • Switzerland:
    VAT is included in displayed prices. No additional customs fees apply at delivery.
  • European Union:
    VAT is included in displayed prices. No additional customs fees apply at delivery.

  • United Kingdom:
    Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

    For orders over £135, UK VAT is typically collected at import by the courier (FedEx) before delivery. FedEx may also charge a clearance or handling fee for processing customs payments.

    Customers are considered the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by UK customs. Delivery may be delayed if these charges are not paid promptly.

    We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.
