Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders at or above the following thresholds:

  • Switzerland: CHF 40 and above
  • France: €45 and above
  • EU Zone 1: €65 and above
  • EU Zone 2: €85 and above
  • EU Zone 3: €115 and above
  • United Kingdom: £80 and above

Standard Shipping

For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping fees apply:

  • Switzerland: CHF 3.90 · Delivery in 1 to 2 business days
  • France: €3.30 home delivery · Delivery in 3 to 5 business days
  • EU Zone 1: €11.40 · Delivery in 3 to 5 business days

Order processing time is the same business day. The transit times above are estimated business days after dispatch; any customs clearance time is additional.

Customs, Import Duties & VAT

  • Switzerland:
    VAT is included in displayed prices. No additional customs fees apply at delivery.
  • European Union:
    VAT is included in displayed prices. No additional customs fees apply at delivery.

  • United Kingdom:
    Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

    For orders over £135, UK VAT is typically collected at import by the courier (FedEx) before delivery. FedEx may also charge a clearance or handling fee for processing customs payments.

    Customers are considered the importer of record and are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by UK customs. Delivery may be delayed if these charges are not paid promptly.

    We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.

We partner with E-Logik, our trusted European and Swiss fulfilment specialist, and its network of established regional carriers, including Swiss Post (Switzerland), FedEx (United Kingdom), DPD (France), and other reliable local couriers across the EU and Switzerland, to ensure every order arrives safely, swiftly, and with full tracking.
